  • Elected district delegate to the Chiropractic Association of Arizona in 1981-1982. Appointed chairman of the PAC and Ethics committees by the President
  • Received an award for the outstanding committee chairman for the PAC and Ethics committees. Wrote the first Code of Ethics for the Chiropractic profession in Arizona
  • Elected President of Chiropractic Association of Arizona in l983-1984 receiving an award for Meritorious Service to the Chiropractic Profession 1983-1984
  • Appointed by Governor Bruce Babbitt in 1985 to the Arizona State Board of Chiropractic Examiners
  • Elected 1st Vice President of the Chiropractic Association of Arizona in 1989 and 1990
  • Received the Fred Fricke Award in 1990, the highest award given to an Arizona chiropractor for continued services to the Chiropractic Profession. Selected by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners to be a member of the Clinical Competency committee
  • In 1988 was one of fourteen members to write part III of the National Board, Clinical Competency.
